I would hope, though, that Bush, the neo-cons, could all be put on trial for war crimes and for violations of the US Constitution. Once they leave office they no longer have immunity.

Pelosi owns Conyers since she said "impeachment is off the table". This proves the problem in Washington is a Bi Partisan problem, where pragmatism over rules the Constitution and true freedom.
