Since it was for adults, it seems the penalty shouldn't be that harsh. Adults can decide for themselves what's real and what's Memorex. Children cannot.

Atheist school officials should face jail time for subjecting our children to Sudoku. I mean, gross, why subject the kids to bitter, tired, old atheists who worship Athor, God of logic. Sick.

Now two school officials are facing criminal charges for offering meal-time prayers at an appreciation dinner for adults who had helped with a school field house project. Principal Frank Lay and athletic director Robert Freeman are scheduled to go on trial next month on criminal contempt charges.
