In my opinion the only person who has the capacity to believe that charges are unethical is the accused ( And maybe their Lawyer) and if they believe the law is contrary to their faith, they better be damn sure of what they believe in. Take God out of the courtroom?. Either you can never make him leave, or he was never there in the first place.

Conviction of an innocent person can bring to light the absurdity of a law to the General public. Personal and Administrative Judgment , can only be improved if we are prepared to admit mistakes, and agree to disagree. Every day on the net I find my beliefs and opinions tested due to contradictory information. Faith is not static,it is Dynamic,and is continually honed as our eyes become wider being subject to the Light...

Am I absolutely confident about what I believe to be true? No, but I'm prepared to keep learning by my mistakes and my discoveries. Corruption is inherently Self Destructive. If they ever manage to keep Faith,Hope,and Love, from entering a Courtroom the Court will have the same Authority as a Shadow.
