So now it is separation of church and YOU anytime you are on government property? People can believe what they like, but Religion is too passionate a subject to be allowed in a courtroom. unless the case directly involves religion,.All religious beliefs are personal. While most Judges are aware of the Laws failings, they consider it a work in progress, and must be considered objectively, Evidence must be accurate, and unbiased. A good Judge should resign the case due to conflict of interest if they have ethical concerns that prevent their decision from being objective. In my opinion the only person who has the capacity to believe that charges are unethical is the accused ( And maybe their Lawyer) and if they believe the law is contrary to their faith, they better be dam... ALL beliefs are personal. It is discrimination to ask only the religious to check their beliefs at the door. I Go on a bit I should start a blog Human law might be "Powerful" in the eyes of blind men,but for want of a better phrase, it is, and always will be an Ass. Innocent people who are faithful to their beliefs, cannot be truly convicted by the Law. They can only be sentenced. Conviction of an innocent person can bring to light the absurdity of a law to the General public. Personal and Administrative Judgment , can only be improved if we are prepared to admit mistakes, and agree to disagree. Every day on the net I find my beliefs and opinions tested due to contradictory information. Faith is not static,it is Dynamic, and is continually honed as our eyes become wider being subject to the Light... This is really messed up. I wonder how the judge plans to handle the part where they tell the person to raise there right hand and "yadda...yadda...yadda.... so help you God." That's fine... Law and Government shouldn't have something to do with religion. Or we end up in Dschihad. |
