Given that 95% of green house gas is ocean evaporation, and 2 -3% is biological, and 2-3 % comes from the earth's natural processes I would say this is a daunting and dangerous task.

Reminds me of the plan to cover the polar ice caps with black soot to prevent global cooling as was suggested by scientists in 1978.

I can think of a couple. First, plant more trees. Second, cover the oceans with giant sheets of plastic.
