Women's sexual behaviors definitely seem more fluid in nature, but why is that? I feel as though it may be because of more acceptance from society in general than men, but that may be too simplistic an explanation. I agree with the statement though.

Also this study debunks a lot of myths about bisexual women. Not being able to make up your mind, a fence sitter? How silly. No bisexual can be monogamous? That's like saying no heterosexual could be monogamous. But the bottom line is this:

"Women's sexuality in general has taken a back seat in terms of research overall."

Well, Swampy if I may play devil's advocate, sex for women is full of emotion whether it be heterosexual or homosexual in nature. I feel as though bisexuality is defined as the capacity to have relationships with people of either gender which can include physical and emotional attraction to either sex. In my case, I always found women to be absolutely beautiful. But many straight women notice beauty in other women and don't have that sexual attraction. They will notice their attire or hairstyle or jewely, etc. I thought about them in a sexually arousing mann...

But being attracted to a man or a woman for that manner is not all about a physical attraction. How do you describe love? I'm a passionate person and I give a lot of my time and energy to the person I care about. It is a feeling that I want to be closer to that person and I want them in my life. It involves a lot of strong emotions. It's scary, because it's about giving all your emotions to the other person, but it's very exhilarating! And for me, it has a strong sexual/physical component to it. But in order to sustain the relationship you need intellectual and emotional compatibility. It's interesting that women's "romantic friendships." were common in the West until the second half of the 19th century.
