He he. As a teacher myself (in the UK), this made me smile! I had a friend at University who was very prone to embarassing situations (all self inflicted!!) in the classroom! One day, during an IT* lesson (*that's Information Technology / Computers - for anyone who calls it anything different) she was teaching a class of 6 year olds the basics of the internet. She thought that a suitable topic for the children would be favourite books. All was going well as children were downloading images of Elmer the Elephant and The BFG. Until one child decided that he wanted to find a picure of his favourite fictional character ... so the oblivious trainee teacher typed the one word into the www search b... pop for the comments |
