It's easy to see a warning sign, or a description, and ignore it. These are great. You can just about work out what they mean, but they're sure memorable. I suppose it helps in china if you don't ask what's in the food, don't go on description go on taste.Some of the things are an acquired taste, but I didn't know a crab had enough ovaries to fill a dumpling. I suppose it depends on the size of the crab Who got the rest of the crab? Go on taste. Treasure the grass ? They've got a point
