Yes, friend, I do. Media coverage of it in the USA is different from that in the rest of the world, so we often don't hear the real story. But the UN recently suggested that Palestinians may be among the first ethnic groups experiencing physical stunting of growth because of intentional deprivation by another ethnic group. The holocaust has been the banner of extremist Zionism - not of Jews generally - since shortly after WWII. Israel today remains in violation of dozens of UN resolutions, kills many times the number of Palestinians for every Israeli lost, and has become the dominant military power of the region. I don't know what God has planned for this political Israel, but the example o... I'm so sorry. I conclude that you and I know a *different* Jesus. In the end we will know who was wrong...and perhaps we both are. The conflict is a political one, and one which is less to do with zionism, fascism, apartheid or any other anomaly of human cruelty than with the exercise of power by a proxy satellite of western liberal democratic imperialism. I agree that there is a political element to the problem but it's much more rooted in Israel's Scriptural tradition, it's diaspora, and commitment to the Land. As far as "western liberal democratic imperialism"??? whatever..... I am surprised at your thought about a different Jesus. Why does it seem so? How are our Jesus's different? Perhaps I have said my thoughts in a way that gives a mistaken impression. That no one is permitted by the MSM to investigate the holocaust for themselves, a fabrication forced down the throats of everyone through schools (while not a word of it took place during WWII, nor at the immediate conclusion), should be telling, and is certainly contrary to freedom of inquiry, freedom of the press, and liberty of conscience. The foundation of Zionism (the forcing of Israel upon Palestine and the world) is the Holocaust, period, without which it would fall apart. To imply that people are evil for being intellectually honest, for denying great lies of any kind, is absurd, and itself a great evil. |
