I say good for her. I'd much rather read about frugality and common sense among the megarich than frivolous spending.

That said... 5-10m is still a LOT of money!

To be blunt, she doesn’t think they’re worth the money.

She's right about that one! I don't understand how anyone in CA can afford to buy a house.
