And why should he not continue to move in that direction? He's making remarkable (and frightening) inroads in the Middle East. He has Syria, Hamas, a major presence in Iran, the backing (sort a') of Russia, N. Korea, Venezuela, Cuba. He's check-mating all over the place. Persia is on the move and who will stop him?
