The materialist revival is surely emboldened and history is on a crash-course for centennial re-runs. Add to this the encroachment of socialist values, the tyranny of political correctness, militant-atheism, militant Islamo-fascism, environmental propagandists, the support for eugenics, the dismissal of the scientific method, the general common ignorance of our Paris Hilton world and we are not far from the thinking of Malthus. In capturing the sentiment that I would rather be ruled by the first 100 people listed in the Boston than by the faculty of Harvard University, I would argue we start by sterilizing the higher IQs, not the lower. Although, I would probably set the bar "cut off" higher....I've never been into self-castration.
