Typical response of liberals they go piss and moan in the streets when they lose.

Wow, you expect people to cheer if their party loose? Let me wait and see how many conservatives would cheer when the liberals win.

Let me highlight some words you missed in my relatively short comment (I bolded them for you):

"Typical response of liberals they go piss and moan in the streets when they lose."

When the liberals took the house and senate I didn't see thousands of conservative protestors out in the streets pissing and moaning.

However, when Bush won they were out quite quickly pissing and moaing about another stolen election.

How very typical. If our team loses we are going to riot. Classy country? Hardly.

Let's backtrack for a moment, you said:

. If you read above, you made a comment under a clip who's title is : Thousands protest Sarkozy in Paris., and you used the words "pissing" and "moaning" (whatever your relative mindset is in using these words).

All I said to counter is that you're expecting people to not protest.

The problem I see with your comment is that you lack distinction between the conservative and liberals of Europe and America. I'm not surprised by this. You also fail to distinguish between a protest and your relative ...

LOL, my comment stands unchallenged. But I'll give you credit for verbosity. hahaha, great stuff.

The funny thing is, it was not the "liberals" that protested Sarkozy in Paris. But in order to understand this, one must have a far better knowledge on politics and the world conjuncture than being oriented to the terminology of American politics. And of course one also needs to speak more seriously than using the words "pissing and moaning".

I guess we have different outlooks.

I thought the funny thing was the all the pissing and the moaning the socialists and their supporters were doing in the streets of France.

Mrs. Royal actually warned of this!

BitDrifter, I kind of agree with you here from my own observations.

Remember what happened in Mexico when Calderon won?

Anyway as invictus has mentioned, it wasn't "liberals" who protested.

Sohil!!!!! Glad to see you have come back! Damn it has been a long to, good to see you!

As it pertains to your comment:

I know, but my meaning was clear even if not completely accurate as it pertained to the France situation.

I don't know about you, but I don't consider burning over 700 automobiles and destroying others property to be 'protesting'. It's called rioting and destruction of others property. And that is wrong, no matter where you are on this small planet.

napster, I'm in agreement; however, we must understand the differences in culture and psyche of other nations according to their context. The protest in America is very different then a protest in say Pakistan, and the protest in yesteryear America was different then how it is in current times.

You and I may have one definition of protest, but that doesn't mean it applies to every other nation (though you may think it should). Protest usually turns violent and there is a fine line, case in point is the recent immigration rally in LA which turned violent with police shooting rubber bullets into crowds.

What bothers me most is one side's arrogance in accepting the emotions of other side.

Um...no.
If I shoot you and kill you it is still murder.
Regardless of where you are from or what you 'call' it.

Destroying other peoples property is NOT protesting, it's rioting and destruction. Maybe you should ask the people who's things have been destroyed what they think? Put your self in THEIR shoes for a moment and then try to rationalize the violent people destroying your things.

napster, I never said that it is. Above you can see that I'm not condoning the rioters or their intent.

Anyway, I'm done with this topic. I'm only against people not letting people protest regardless of who's side is right or wrong. Protest is a fundamental right of freedom, you define protest as pissing and moaning just becaue it isn't your side, you're calling for trouble because the tables could be turned tomorrow and before you know it, you will have no rights to protest anything, anywhere.

Actually if people aligned with my ideology went out after an election and piss and moaned about losing, trust me I would call it pissing and moaning and I would feel embarrased that I was associated with such sore losers.

When you lose you regroup and attempt to figure out what went wrong and how to correct it, in my opinion you don't go out and piss and moan about it and burn cars.

Sorry, you can put what ever face on it you want, but it is pissing and moaning.

BitDrifter, there sure is a lot of "pissing and moaning" about your observation of the left's "pissing and moaning"...LMAO! Keep up the good fight!
