pokkets says: Crickets eat junk food! Maybe it's a matter of 'learning' to eat well. (good habits?) Often it can be a case of what is available, or easy to get, rather than what is good and nutritious. Sometimes a small change in diet can lead to a marked improvement in an aspect of the health of the consumer. Generally alongside overall improvement. A 'diet' doesn't have to be a revolution. It can be a replacement of a preference that is unhealthy, with one that is healthy. (Of course that's easy to write) I'm passing this one along to my youngest daughter ... who just recently informed me she was pregnant (engaged for a year and a half, and getting married in Sept)!! This will make grandchild #14, and I definitely want it healthy! I'm sure babies get their first taste of food before they're born (especially garlic.) I suppose it's just a matter of eating what you would expect a baby would need to to grow. From what I imagine (not having any personal experience)carbohydrates would give the baby more energy to kick. Sounds like the baby is off to a good start. Good luck. |
