I thought about this for at least 20 years.
Nothing will work!
As long as you can only vote for the biggest money - can't the money be shared.
The big MONster eat the world and at the end itself.
And all the possibilities to change THIS ...
are lost in the early 60's, maybe in the years before.
You can name some associations - max. 10 - who rule the world now. The world was squeezed in the last 60 years - now the citizens of USA are squeezed.
Who rules the forces? Who pay the rulers?
The only way out was seen by J.Brunner in the 70ies. Read his "Shockwaveriders".
