Do you want to be non-partisan and get nothing? Republicans were against Medicare and Medicaid. They voted against children's health insurance. They'll vote against this, too.

Bipartisanship be damned when cooperating is dragging a program for the good of all Americans toward evil. If a reasonable public option plan doesn't pass, I hope all Americans are ready to take a page from the Iranian people's book, and stage huge (peaceful) protests in Washington. It's time the politicians started following the will of their constituents.

Their voices will fade in people's uproar.

Fuck bipartisanship.
