So two people have similar names. Am i missing something? the Babylonian tablet says Nebuchadnezzar II's chief eunuch is Nabu-sharrussu-ukin, Nehemiah says Nebuchadnezzar II's chief eunuch is Nebo-Sarsekim, - as the article explains this is the same name spelled differently; this may come as a surprise to John, or could that be Jean, that different languages - Babylonian and Hebrew respectively - ( of course both here rendered to English) often spell the same name differently Joe - Bob. This is the same name spelled differently! You know, I really don't see how this is anything to get all excited about. The article says that the verification that this guy really existed is important because he's basically not anyone important, so to have such a lesser light be real is supposed to... what, exactly? I mean, let's say I decide to write a fictional story and decide to include a character - a guy in his mid-30's who takes guitar lessons - and give it the same name as my husband - but EVERYTHING else in the story, including all the details of the character named for my husband, is completely false. If, centuries from now, that story was still around, and someone happened to find an online receipt showing that my husb...
