Aim(AOL) can successfully run through Trinton Beta browser & access Microsoft sites and features(mixed reviews) It is best to use it when not running IE (any version). Microsoft IE does not work compatibly with AOL search engine, toolbar or browser. There are constant warnings by IE if you attempt to run the two simultaneously. System warnings are the most annoying pop-ups I have, when I am purposefully trying to run software. This is due to MS attempt to introduce it's own index service -- which is redundant because the computer came with one. My preferred desktop indexer is Google desktop. I find a slowing of all operations when I personally use the windows indexer. Time will tell. I do not recommend using multiple search engines and browsers UNLESS you increase you page file, cache allotment and have at least 512 memory. I have run multiple browsers off line with 256 but it stops working on line. I now have 1GB memory ( and increased my virtual memory) so as these simultaneous tests can be done, I cannot verify the simultaneous applications with less than 1GB memory. Watch the progress of your preferred browser and upgrade as developments are implemented.

On cellular devices they have added an mobile email and IM that groups all three msn yahoo and aol so you can access all three ims from the same initial link . However if you do you also have to individually activate each option by selecting the end user agreement. Now the software is loaded to the phone for free. The 3 im's launch separately just as they do on the computer. Though you share logon id you only share addresses if you integrate them on your computer. You are not getting msn ims on the Yahoo im yet as I see it. Likewise yahoo will not automatically put a user from your other im on your contact list without sending an invite which is to be approved. AOL more r...

MSN is still trying to get the addresses into it's address book. Both Yahoo & msn have a beta version of the Mobile im. Unfortunately unless you turn off the notify me when there is a message all three will also send a message everytime you get a regular e mail in addition to your ims on your phone. You are also charged for 8-10 cents against your account for each message notice.* cents is charged if you check the mail 10 cents is billed to submit the round trip send and respond "no" that you don't want to see who sent you mail. So you get billed for not checking your mail unless you disable the service, upgrade to a paid version of the "Free software, or you can turn learn how to turn off the phone for the first time. So get your book out before yo use it the first time because you will want to turn it off until you find all the places to disable the feature. Non of the services seem to notify you for business mail accounts which are the messages you really were waiting for. They have all worked together to make sure that their sites do come up as xhtml pages.You can navigate to partial home pages for all three from th cell phone, but the msn and Yahoo ims on the computer version are not accessing the online links built into their ims.
