The "terror" that the world's political leaders should be actively worried and working on to provide security for their peoples are the ancient terrors of disease and hunger! Security from those terrors would be better protection from those who might want to recruit your people to become a "terrorist."

There are cases where the TB, and the HIV virus, combination has become a pandemic in Africa, and is spreading. I'm not sure how far it has spread. The symptoms of TB which includes blood expelled from the respiratory system, can increase the transmission of HIV.

You are right Amergin - a growing problem in the same manner here in US fro Eastern EU and from west coast African nations where TB has also come back again.
