The intensity of the work-out will impact the results in people differently, but it's always good to start off with moderate intensity. When your body starts to respond and you notice changes for the better, the motivation to bump it up a notch will usually happen naturally. I can tell you this. My mother is 91 and suffers from Alzheimer's. I take her into Gold's Gym three times a week or more. The effect that exercise has on her is dramatic. It puts her into an entirely different frame of mind and brightens her face. I can tell you this, exercise. Exercise will have a dramatic effect on the quality of your life especially as you age.
