With tip of knife, swirl chocolates together for marbled look. Sprinkle with remaining pistachios and cherries.

Refrigerate bark 1 hour or until firm. Break bark into pieces. Store in tightly sealed container in refrigerator up to 1 month.

This is excellent, especially if you use high quality semi-sweet chocolate. Be sure to use tart dried cherries (it will say that on the label).

Makes a wonderful gift. Wrap it in patterned wax paper and put it in a cute box. It would also be cute in an antique glass jar with a handmade tag that includes the recipe for the recipient to make more. They will want more, trust me.
