I keep hearing of this type of thing more and more lately. It's really quite sad in terms of the heartbreak it causes to families.

Yes, that reminds me of a person I used to work with who was always on the prowl. He would tell people he was married but the reaction from the people in the office, was "you mean your wife is married".
