Hello Mary, I seem to be up and running again. Hope I have not spoken too soon. Interesting clip. I try to keep age behind me someplace on the back burner. Doesn't always work though!

My aunt is 89 & has Alzheimer's. Perhaps I should let her keep thinking she's 40 so she doesn't get worse. It would be upsetting to hear you're 89 after thinking your 40 for so long.

ofcapri, I'm glad to see you back. As you can probably tell, you weren't alone out there in cyberspace.

Anomaly100, You better not tell her she's 89. If she thinks she's 40, she might think she can you down too.

I would have cold water running through my veins if I told me sweet little ol' lady aunt she's really 89! I ask her, "Aunt Sis, how old are you?" Without missing a beat, "I'm 40." I ask her how she's younger than me, but beyond that, I just couldn't.

See how sweet and thoughtful you are? I hope I still know you when I get Alzheimer's. Which has probably already started to set in. I'm sure Reagan had Alzheimer's the whole time he was in office. He was funny though, I kind of liked him. I just didn't like what he did. And Nancy was really a stitch.

See this? "she might think she can you down too......."

Should have been....."she might think she can take you down too."

Early Alzheimer's sign, I completely forgot a word. I think I'll be 39....

I always tell Linda that I think I have an early onset of Alzheimers. I think it's just paranoia (partly) because of my Aunt. There have been studies & I've heard that excercising helps. But, they always say that. My Mother has a clear mind & she was more active than my Aunt. (You see how I'm trying to talk myself out of the paranoia!)

Never fear. Being on the computer is really good for the mind. And stop scaring Linda. That poor women has put up with enough from you.

@Anomaly100 - You did the right thing -
"I'm 40." I ask her how she's younger than me, but beyond that, I just couldn't.

Ofcapri: I can't imagine what it would be like to wake up & realize your 89. I'm still dealing wiht being 51!
