They can be downloaded via through rapidshare. There are three parts that need to download, but be warned that if you are not a premium user you will need to wait at least 3 hours to download the next part. (Rapidshare is a free service, but they limit you on how much you can download). When you have completed in downloading the three parts, you will need to click Part 1 to unzip the files.
