IMO, too friggin bad. I think the guys is pissed and wants a piece of her book deal. Also I think precedent has already been set about sex-blogging. (that it is freedom of speech). She didn't lei, slander, etc... too damned bad.

Is a blog of a sexual nature an invasion of privacy? I think video-taping someone without their consent most certainly would be. But should consent be required for a public posting?

What about video taping them with their consent & then releasing it without? (ie: paris, britanny, etc?)

You can I can do stuff, but you can never talk about it without my consent... that's BS.
