You have to go back to the gold rush days to see how a Free Market worked. You pan or mine for gold, I come along, kill you and take your gold. Then when I go to sell the gold, a gang of thieves rob and kill me and take the gold. It was a wonderful system all around.

It was well said, except for the link to Christ. The piece was intended to be sarcastic, to make plain that Capitalism is not the panacea for a well capitalized society. Those were good salient points, from a reverse point of view.

But the part about Christianity and Christ didn't fit. Christianity doesn't produce. Nor does it get taxed. It has no economic value to society already, except to funnel the charity of others in its own name, and to build bigger collection pots called churches.

It is scarcely a part of the economic equation but to make its owners rich.
