Sadly, the gender role bias that says a woman cannot be opinionated, strong, forceful in arguing her point is alive and well.

I noticed that Jeff Sessions pointed out -- as if it were remarkable - that she had once disagreed with a colleague "who was also of Puerto Rican descent!"
