I hope they can extend close research on prefrontal inhibition to enable mapping of other relevant modules of deeper structures including the limbic system and dynamic links between hippocampus and modulating cortical inhibitory circuits. Although it is early days, research like this is developing quickly and broadening more sophisticated understanding of complex states involving memory systems, feelings, and realistic assessment of the potentials of therapies such as CBT, chemical intervention and whole system involvement of central, autonomic and enteric nervous networking. For myself, I may be a bit slow, but I need such reports to enlighten my dull brain.
