That's still a lot of extensions though, no? How many?

Also, how do you get RS and Willheim on your mini dashboard thing? I don't find any use at all for it, and I've no idea how to configure it.

I never use it either. I just added them when originally checking it out. As I remember though it was very easy to configure.

I currently have 97 active extensions.

That doesn't look very usable to me. I'd prefer to have my controls streamlined and easily-accessible. With so many possible click-targets, it increases the odds of clicking the wrong one. I like the StumbleUpon bar because it can hide out of the way, easily, with a toggle.

The theme in the screenshot is SphereGnome

It takes at least a minute to fire up when first starting ity in the morning.
