Well, some good news; there were only 93,784 foreclosures on homes in third quarter 2009. While it may not be a...oh. I forgot a zero. Sorry, 937,840 homes were foreclosed.

Yeah, quite a few analysts are mentioning that "arms" resetting are a big danger now, with credit issues on top
of the high unemployment rates. It's going to be around
two years before the economy starts to turn around.

I think that the "moratorium" on home forclosures that some people are calling for is a good idea.
