Tesco is bringing Fresh & Easy healthy foods to the US, counting on a demand for healthy, organic food. Not for those who buy their groceries from Wal-Mart to save money, oblivious or apathetic about the health and ethical costs of "cheap" foods.

When I visit California I like to shop at Trader Joe's. Next time I'm in Los Angeles I hope to find a Fresh & Easy store, too.

This will be great. clipette and I have been loving Trader Joe's at Union Square in NYC. Stocking up on cheap, healthy foods makes such a difference.
