It would seem that this new conservative Supreme Court only protects free speech for those who are speaking from a conservative point of view. They just took away the freedom of speech from a student who was expressing a view not held by the conservative religious right yet when a person is speaking from a conservative point of view, the uphold the right to speak freely as they do in the situation above. Free speech must include all people and all views nut just from the conservative side.
