As second termers are the only ones who went into office with experience, and all Presidents went into the job with no experience, at least Obama is telling the truth on this one.

He is talking about political experience. Heck, wasn't it the left in 2000 saying that a second term governor of one of the largest states in the union didn't have enough experience?
