the hunger-stricken child heading to the UN food camp, while being stalked by a vulture, is truly heartbreaking. @fudzzz I totally concur. That sucks. Is it me or are alot of these photochopped? I think the first 1 may be, and possibly the ones with the shark and the kayak. The rest seem authentic The Kevin Carter story just tears my heart out. But you know what's just as sad? The fact that out of 1550 views only 3 were moved enough to comment on it. 1 said, "That sucks" and another is too busy trying to figure out which images are real and which are fake! Can you say a loveless world?? And while this famine is going on, what are the government resources of America, the most powerful country in the world doing about it?? didly squat. we're too busy worrying about the alleged "wars" on terror, drugs, and abortion. The average american probably cares more about the death of Anna Nichole Smith than about these sorts of things. And what about the photographer? How could you leave someone like that???That must be why he committed suicide... My son has a book about natural disasters that affirms that the first picture is indeed real. Some of the pictures look photoshopped. Many of these are truely amazing, some are truely heart-wrenching and others are incredulous! truly amazing and touching pics! great find and thx 4 sharing.. My pleasure. Glad you enjoyed them. The eigth photo is suposed to be an illusion somehow, read somwhere, don't know. Hint: it is the really thin one. |
