this truly grieves me..the whole situation..and that anyone would terminate a pregnancy..less than .5% of the time is it about a woman's health, it is about a woman's lack of responsibility and willingness to accept the consequences of her own actions.

I guess the court didn't stop to think of all the coat hanger abortions that will end the life of both the mother and child. I DEFINITELY think it's a huge mistake not to include a clause that exempts women whose life would be put in danger. If it's .5% of the time, that's every one in 200. That's a LOT of women being put in danger by our government.

I don't advocate late-term abortions otherwise. Women have 5 months to decide. I think that's ample time.

Even for the life of the mother, there is NO reason this procedure...sucking out the brains of live baby during the birth process...EVER needs to be undertaken. It's barbaric and has NOTHING to do with women's choices.
