egoldstein says: We were talking recently about how much we learn each day from reading clips on the site. I won't speak for anyone else, but i definitely have learned more from the clips that you all have posted than i did in high school, college and law school combined. Sad, but true. So, Skiff set out to create a fun podcast that highlights some of the interesting clips we find each day. It also gives us an opportunity to weigh in on them. Now you can sit back and listen to highlights from clipmarks on the clipiversity podcast...and don't worry, there will be no pop quizzes...get it, pop great idea! I just now suscribed! subscribed Nice job, Skiff. Nice!! Will have to give it a go when I get home from work.....am I the only one who laughed at Eric's "pop quiz" joke? I laughed too Coco! I smack my forehead but a podcast would be interesting. I will have a listen Good job! I signed up for Professor Skiff's class too. Thanks Everybody Lol@ the Prof. Skiff comment, Haraya Freshman Toad reporting to class. Thank you guys. A very smooth presentation! Love the way you guys editorialize and bring the clips to life. This is a tremendous contribution to Pop Culture. I'm now signed up and looking forward to hearing more podcasts from you. (Don't tell anyone, but I have no ipod) Congrats Skiff, this is a great project! Clipmarks meets podcasting - a revolutionary combination. btw, do you guys suggest a specific and cool application to follow, listen to & download podcasts? I'm a rookie at this thing iTunes is great for subscribing to podcasts. If you've got it you can click this link to subscribe to Clipiversity and automatically download the show whenever we put one out. I've used some other applications such as the open source Juice, but iTunes is what I keep coming back to. *Raises hand* No iPod here....but still have iTunes though...just thought I'd add to the tally... Out of curiosity, does everyone subscribing so far have an ipod?I'm using iGoogle homepage for the feeds and they open to my winamp Ahh - okay skwirl, the current feed might not work for you (not sure how winamp does with m4a files). video ipod here. look forward to the pictures and/or video. Is that legal? ...to podcast info/pictures/video/audio from websites ? Just wondering. I just subscribed and have enjoyed Clipiversity so far. I have an iPod, but I never put podcasts on it. I only listen to them while at my computer (it's a MacBook, does that count?). I'm behind in the times, can you just host an mp3 somewhere on here so I can just dl it and open it in media player? Oh happy day! Probably the only class I'm willing to attend everyday. Woo.. that's a first. Thanks guys! I'm late as usual. Well... can you just host an mp3 somewhereYup Thanks Prof Skiff!! A total conveniece for a lot of us non pod-toters |
