		<SPAN>Sätt ugnen på 250°. Stek champinjonerna i 1 msk av smöret i en stekpanna. Lägg över dem i 4 ugnssäkra portionsformar eller i en stor ugnssäker form. Skala och hacka vitlöken. Strö vitlök och persilja över champinjonerna. Krydda med salt. Klicka över resten av smöret. Gratinera i övre delen av ugnen ca 5 min. Servera med vitt bröd.</SPAN>
