Brainwashing and manipulations of popular selfconciousness are the backbone of aggressive and shameless cowboy politic. Is Propaganda most important crime for thorough investigation?

No, not the most important--there are plenty of war crimes and constitutional issues to investigate but Congress seems to be scared to do their jobs...I don't really know why.
