Ergo the ban on bud. "They" want us to live our lives as sub-human and unfulfilled drones in the service of their gold coffers, so thereby by outlawing the most efficient and least destructive path to the satisfaction of our supposedly innate desire for an altered awareness, a big step toward the sub-human part of the equation is satisfied.

I love this Clip! It suggests that mood alteration is a basic human need like eating and sexuality...I totally agree. Not intoxicated to the point of being out of balance...careless or reckless...just relaxed.
I truly believe that wine, certain "herbs", etc., are medicinal and beneficial for our bodies when used to enhance our pleasure occasionally.
If you are one to believe in a Higher Power, then these very desires for "periodic variations in consciousness" we are born with, are therefor God-given.....and so is the wine! Thank your 'High'er Power.

We are not alone in this regard.

Most drug Laws are drafted by Hypocrites with agendas ulterior motives, and absolutely no idea of the real consequences. Just look at how successful the laws are at keeping people under the thumb, with absolutely no impact on the drug trade, apart from driving up the price, and lining the pockets of those who have learned to have a...
