I don't want to meddle in Muslims' affairs, but I think, it turns out to be a problem of Islam to be amalgamated with the feudal and/or patriarchal traditions of the tribes and peoples of Arabia, Iran and Turkey (and Indonesia?). There are lots of sheikhs who refuse to accept the Islamic faith to be detached from the local socio-historical contexts of its origin and development. (Maybe that mindset preserves and produces religious and moral certainty; and maybe this again is the reason why, in view of global destabilization, the Islamic community is experiencing an increasing number of converts?)
