That is because it does not present the hate clearly enough I think. It seems to have some pretense at humor although I may be wrong on that point.
However when something is this far out there one finds it hard to believe the writer is serious. Yet one is not certain they are not serious either. I am in fact pretty sure they are really serious, but possibly they kid themselves that they are being mocking or sarcastic or some such.
Now hate is a natural human emotion. I do not condemn people for feeling hate, but one should, if they communicate the hate be required to defend the reasons for the hate as they see it.

Now here this is something of an explanation
"No functional society has survived hippies running around unpunched..." but is unproven, and the misuse of the term 'terrorists' by the writer leaves one in great doubt as to the writers judgment on the matters under discussion.
So finally, the mixing of hate and humor together is very unhealthy I believe.
