In its never-ending quest for perfection in all that it does, FEMA has reached a new high. Tuesday it held a press conference about the Southern Calfornia wildfires. To make things more efficient FEMA not only gave the news, it had its own employees <A href="http://www.reuters.com/article/latestCrisis/idUSN26366100">pose as reporters</A>. That's right, it was a totally fake news conference.
