Think about it. You can get a huge number of goods or services in many foreign countries cheaper than the U.S. The cost of living in 99% of those countries is also extremely less than the U.S. The citizens of those countries are not driving around BMW's, Cadiallac Escalades or any cars for that matter. They do not own large homes (or multiple homes). Kind of like why you can get any number of things made in China for pennies. That's because those people are paid pennies.
