Just watching Donald Trump address a press conference in New York City; he has said that despite efforts of the politically correct to strip her of her crown, Carrie Prejean will remain Miss California. The Donald said she has taken a large amount of abuse from people “who shouldn’t be handing out abuse.”

She’s speaking now, saying “how much better our society would be if we could just agree to disagree.” I agree.

I did agree with the better part of her statement.

She was wrong, however, when she contended that the abuse hurled on her undermined her constitutional rights. The abuse may have been mean. But, her words notwithstanding, those who hurled such abuse were indeed exercising...
