The gun battle began when a tanker loaded with fuel oil driving through the center of Ramadi was attacked by insurgents with rocket fire, causing it to explode. US forces then retaliated against the insurgents. The end of the video shows a wounded insurgent getting shot by US forces while he is on the ground during the gun battle. There were no immediate official reports on casualties.
