Seems to me that building a wall is the most moderate approach that comes to mind.

It is a lie to claim that their culture says deaths trumps life, unless you admit that by the same standard, America is a culture where this is largely true as well'! Or what is that Heaven for Christian?
And what does any human indicate by engaging in war of any sort, but the admission that one does not blindly cling to life when the good of the whole is involved. And that is what Palestinians are doing; not attacking innocents as you imagine, but attacking the people stealing their land by the only means they have!
