Now, as for reasons that make sense, the best one I have yet to conclude is that there is absolutely NO correlation between the war in Iraq and the events of 9/11. NONE. If it were some "inside job" to get the citizens to agree to an Iraq war, there would have been something to tie Iraq to it, instead, nearly all of the highjackers were Saudis. Surely if it were a planned event, they could have thrown in at least a few Iraqis, or some faked tape of Hussein ordering it, or a fake money trail, something! Instead, we have nothing. Which is probably even worse since we have managed to kill more than 3000 of our own troops, and countless thousands of Iraq citizens. But in retrospect, the 9/11 "truthers" have been so duped and lied to about many other things from this administration, that who can blame them for not believing the story of that day. And btw, I was living in Boston at the time, and I did see planes fly out when there was a no-fly, all of the newspapers had run stories the next day regarding members of the bin ladens being taken out of the country, and this at least, is true.

There is a total alternative that does accept your logic of what happened but stop at the point that the CIA and Mossad didn't know in advance. Why should I believe that the biggest intelligence event in how long wasn't know to Mossad. They've known everything else. They've gained the most out of 9/11 - the elimination of Iraq, their biggest rival. Up to last week the other, Iran, was next.
