Now, not that I necessarily disagree that a judge would need to view a game in it's entirety to be able to rule if it is a nuisance, but why video games?

I mean, do courts order that 50 Cent's latest album must be reviewed by the court to make sure it is not a nuisance?

Another thing that bothers me is that games ARE reviewed, just as movies, music, actually, more in depth than music is.. Music just gets an [EXCPLICIT] label, which does not stop it from being sold to kids in most cases.

FYI: "Bully" is rated 'M', meaning it's not supposed to be played by kids...

I'm tired of games being made out as the devil. Watch TV for 15 minutes any night after 8 and see the glorified violence, sex, etc... On CSI:NY last night they showed pictures of a body with rail spikes through it's eyes, a woman with her head cut off covered in blood, etc... (granted it was "make believe" but it looks a hell of a lot more real than any video game... ) These shows are on as early as 8pm.

Personally, I'm OK with that, I think it is the parents responsibility to control what their kids see, and if they let them see these shows, to talk about it, and make sure the kids understand what they are seeing and how they feel about it.
