No. Sounds like another case of "big brother" to me.
Imagine if that law passed? Imagine what the internet would be like!!!

Over 26000 clippers and one of my clips get spammed

Anyway, I haven't seen any other articles on this for a while. Does anyone else have any that they know of?

As I would like to keep an eye on the outcome of this one.
