I guess passing out condoms in school is not helping to educate our young people about the hazards associated with recreational sex.

The article goes on to deride abstinence teaching as incomplete. Perhaps what we really need to teach these young people is the sinfulness of recreational sex. The bible calls this fornication. Society calls it recreation.
