It was put on the money by Roosevelt, and its portent is actually to support Deism's "supreme being", consistent with America's founders roots, not Christianity. Too many Christians are naive to this ploy, which is to trick them into Statism and to their philosophy (humanism) of government. Deists hijacked and usurped rule when forming their novus ordo seclorum (new world order) against the Old World Order, with its so-called divine absolute right of kings.

It really does not matter what we print on the money, post on the bumpers of our cars, engrave in the sides of our monuments if we fail the fundamental test of being a Christian nation and that is to follow His commands.

All this other stuff is merely superficial and inconsequential in the divine order of things. God is not going to ask in the last days if you had In God We trust engraved on your money He will only be concerned that you have God's word engraved upon your heart.
